刚才看见你的帖子了，首先我对你的这个帖子内容表示肯定，也充分的证明了天纵对每一位玩家的重视性，于此同时本人小小的提点愚见，还望接受之！其实换个角度想一下，如果一个玩家真的对天纵失去信心了，他还会提出所谓的“宝贵意见”吗？其实你们应该把重点放在现在的玩家身上，目前全服玩家才能积极的提供可持续性的意见，因为毕竟他们还想玩下去。再者，在现有的玩家基础上，以吸收更好的建议作为研发的机会点，充分调动玩家去挖掘游戏中的问题，从而改善并完善之。据我所知，目前今年与去年的业绩同期比较，公司的业绩成长为负成长，责任在谁？其实谁都没有责任，只是从持久战的营销方式上讲，目前是公司的中转期，业绩成长与否取决与更好的人力配置和游戏研发，这个游戏不是你们一个公司能够组建成功的，没有玩家，你们有再好的人力支持都是空话。留下玩家，这才是机会点！从而来改善目前公司现有的业绩成长的盈亏效益。如果在某个细节上完善的更好，玩家多了，那么以前的问题都不是问题。现在重点就是要把公司的人才一个一个的安排在合适的位置，把时间浪费在论坛上面有什么意思，对！处理玩家的意见和投诉是必然的，安排几个人在论坛收集玩家反馈的信息是很重要的，那么，合理的安排部分人力是可以的，我们论坛上面的版主确实很多了，什么客服，什么研发的，不少啊！多多的把精力放在游戏的研发上面，这个才是以后最关键的道路，我知道，这条路不是一天两天就能做到的，是要时间，但是缩短时间就是对玩家最负责人的表现。玩家等不了你们这么久，哪怕你们为了一次新的更新仅仅缩短了一天的时间，那都是最棒的体现。不多说了，可能你看着也烦。好吧！期待你们能够更好的为每一位客户服务！CT,RW越来越好！我们爱它，请你们也呵护它！
