刚才看见你的帖子了,首先我对你的这个帖子内容表示肯定,也充分的证明了天纵对每一位玩家的重视性,于此同时本人小小的提点愚见,还望接受之!其实换个角度想一下,如果一个玩家真的对天纵失去信心了,他还会提出所谓的“宝贵意见”吗?其实你们应该把重点放在现在的玩家身上,目前全服玩家才能积极的提供可持续性的意见,因为毕竟他们还想玩下去。再者,在现有的玩家基础上,以吸收更好的建议作为研发的机会点,充分调动玩家去挖掘游戏中的问题,从而改善并完善之。据我所知,目前今年与去年的业绩同期比较,公司的业绩成长为负成长,责任在谁?其实谁都没有责任,只是从持久战的营销方式上讲,目前是公司的中转期,业绩成长与否取决与更好的人力配置和游戏研发,这个游戏不是你们一个公司能够组建成功的,没有玩家,你们有再好的人力支持都是空话。留下玩家,这才是机会点!从而来改善目前公司现有的业绩成长的盈亏效益。如果在某个细节上完善的更好,玩家多了,那么以前的问题都不是问题。现在重点就是要把公司的人才一个一个的安排在合适的位置,把时间浪费在论坛上面有什么意思,对!处理玩家的意见和投诉是必然的,安排几个人在论坛收集玩家反馈的信息是很重要的,那么,合理的安排部分人力是可以的,我们论坛上面的版主确实很多了,什么客服,什么研发的,不少啊!多多的把精力放在游戏的研发上面,这个才是以后最关键的道路,我知道,这条路不是一天两天就能做到的,是要时间,但是缩短时间就是对玩家最负责人的表现。玩家等不了你们这么久,哪怕你们为了一次新的更新仅仅缩短了一天的时间,那都是最棒的体现。不多说了,可能你看着也烦。好吧!期待你们能够更好的为每一位客户服务!CT,RW越来越好!我们爱它,请你们也呵护它!
